I went there for a first time Birthday lunch... They charged my card twice... I called to let them know, left a message... NO return phone call. Called next day. They told "oh no problem, we'll fix it" I was ok with that as mistakes happen... Then the next day. They DID NOT fix it, the charged my card a THIRD time! When I called again, the co-ower told me I needed to contact MY BANK to fix it, that she did not see the problem, even AFTER I showed her proof of the charges they did...
So my simple lunch ended up costing me $150.00, a lot of time and hassle. And they still will not fix the problem... I will be filing a dispute with my card company and NEVER going back there again.
