Very happy with employee - A star in the dark - Customer service

I am writing because now on two different occasions the same employee... Rashawn at the gl in taunton ma on winthrop st as been completely respectful, helpful and despite my order being messed up he fixed it with care and a ppositive attitude. I dont know what you can do extra for your employees but he deserves something... Thanks for reading this...
