Last night 3/27, when I went into the restroom at the Clinton WalMart, as I entered (8:45ish pm), a Subway employee (no name tag), came out of the stall, went right past me and out of the restroom without stopping to wash her hands. I turned back around, stepped just outside the enterence door to see if she was going back to work, (you can see clearly straight into the Subway from there) and she went straight back to work! She was a middle aged woman, dark blonde hair, really heavy set and kinda short. I realize also that her shirt was incredibly filthy, no other worker I had seen there had ever had that bad of an appearance. But, that won't matter to me, since, now I WILL NOT be patronizing that Subway again - and have alerted the relatives that I know frequent there as to what I saw, and they indicated that they will also refrain from giving them business and passed the info. With society today educating the importance of cleaning germs from the hands to the degree that we have wipes at the enterences of stores, sometimes at the meat counters and signs in the restrooms - and the health laws governing food handlers/preparers - it infuriates me that someone would hire a person with such an appearance to work in thier restaurant. She even had dirty, stringy hair, making her whole appearance seem very unclean - and the manager hired her??? The other two ladies behind the counter were clean in appearance, nothing like the one that came out of the bathroom! As for me and my family, we WILL NOT be back!!
