Wrong drink, was treated poorly

I visit this Starbucks nearly every evening going back 5 decades, virtually all of the workers you will find really pleasant. This is exactly why I had been so amazed today. I bought a grande nonfat no foam late utilizing a drive thru. After I got to function and required a glass of my caffeine, I recognized they offered me the incorrect beverage, I looked over the tag also it stated Grande Chai Tea Latte. Used to do not start to see the tag in the beginning, simply because they double cupped my beverage and also the tag was concealed. Well, it occurs, most of US make errors.

Since I Have work just five minutes in the Starbucks, I acquired in my own vehicle and went back. I strolled inside and properly described the issue. Even though barista apologized, the tone of her speech was really unpleasant and unsincere. She offered me my fresh beverage, that was the nonfat no-foam latte. I kept it in my own palm and instantly acknowledged that atleast 1/4 of the mug may be the foam, since it was so gentle. Used to do not say something because the barista was very rude and unfavorable, but I had been really upset. I believe that like a normal and very long time client I deserve better therapy. I had been not really provided a free beverage or perhaps a discount. Whoa.
