If you live in the Las Vegas area or you travel to Las Vegas never go to t South Point Casino Primarily Prime Rib restaurant. The food they serve is LOW GRADE MEAT and is absolutely terrible!!!
The prime rib that I ordered was absolutely terrible, as I could barely cut it with the steak knife. Chewing it was like chewing hard rubber. I sent it back thinking I had just gotten a bad piece of meat. The waitress brought me another Prime Rib and the same problem occurred. Not wanting to ruin my dinner I then ordered the Turkey dinner which was good... However, If I wanted Turkey we would have stayed home, as we had it there!!!
In addition, there were several other problems with our dinner. The shrimp cocktail was not iced and therefore was not as cold as it should have been!
I ordered the Thousand Island Dressing on my salad and it lacked flavor, as it seemed to be watered down! Finally, the diet coke tasted like just plain seltzer water...
The best part of our meal was the hot bread and the desert cheese cake which I found to be superb!!!
When I wrote to this restaurant, they never replied to my e-mail message
In a bad economy such as we have now, this restaurant doesnt even appreciate a customer and could careless providing customer satisfaction!!!
