I am writing to let people know about a scam in in the san diego pizza hut area involving an energy surcharge. The company for years charged a 50 cent hidden energy surcharge. When it was covered by a local news channel last year the company did away with the surcharge but added a transaction fee for checks and credit cards, and increased their delivery charge from 50 cents to $1.75!!! I just thought people should be aware of this. Also the DA of san diego has filed a lawsuit against pizzahut of san diego.
