As I waited for my order a gentleman approached the counter, and asked the cashier the status of his order. He told her he's been waiting ofr almost 30 mins, and that people with higher numbers were getting their order. Finally, the gentleman got his order, then an elderly man got his order before my number. When I got my order, I opened the 3pc. Chicken that I ordered, opened the box to amaze, the the drumstick was like meat on top, half of the rest of the drumstick was all bone. I called the person to change that one piece of chicken, so they replaced it plus gave me an extra piece. I go there all the time and thet keep have problems with people's orders. My girlfriend went to get a drink with her order last week, and both Dr. Pepper fountains were empty spewing nothing but soda water. One day I ordered 3 pc. Chicken and got nothing but chicken strips, I had to go back to get the right order. They compensated me again. It's the frustration, and comments that I hear from me people, not only me. This place is going to the pots, etc. We as customers don't need to wait 30 minutes, or get some sad 5-6 hours of dried pieces of chicken, or wrong orders that are given to us. Management problems, and personnel needs to be appropiately trained. I learned that everytime I go there I will always open my orders to make sure is what I ordered. Yes, so we get compensated with another piece, but it's the principle of the matter, We want them to be true Proffesionals as a team. Serve your order once but no mistakes.
