My name is Nicole Zagoric and my husband and I went thru the drive thru at the Arby's location 8307 on February 27, I had the best experience I had eve had at a fast food chain. The young lady, I believe her name was Caryn from her name tag had an excellentm personality, sense of humor and made my husband and I laugh. She was great, I really wish that all fast food chains had the friendly and curtios people such as her. It was a wonderful experience and I would like to share this with whomever is in charge at that location. Thank you so much!!!
