On October 18 my wife and I made our semi-annual visit to the Farmer's Market of Asheville, NC. I purchase a bag of raw peanuts from a vendor as always. It was not until October 24 that I proceeded to roast the nuts and to begin consuming. I quickly noticed that a worm had been present inside the nuts and eaten its share. This could cause a person with a weak stomach to regurdgitat. I probabily consumed 30 nuts before discovering that I was sharing the meat.
I hope that other people will inspect before consuming these peanuts.
