I recently visited the Burger King on Concord St. #3007. The service was extremely slow, floors needed mopping, and there were NO OUTSIDE Trash Receptacles. I had no place to put my trash after I was done with my meal.
While in the building, It must have been a shift change. Everyone was Yakking away and customers' were standing waiting for the food. I personally waited 17 minutes for a Whopper and a Cheeseburger. The outgoing manager had come up and ended up helping customers, and mentioned to the employees that "This is unacceptable. People shouldn't be waiting." She kept asking "How long for Fries, and a voice in the back would yell out a time. She certainly doing her best, but no-one else was. I will continue to buy Burger King products, But not at this location.
