On 04.12.2010 evening I went to your VELACHERY, CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU, INDIA outlet to buy Mc Chicken (takeaway). I saw a board stating that if your order is not delivered in one minute take a coke as compliment. My order was delayed and upon asking the staff in the counter about the compliment, he told his substaff to give me small coke. When I asked the staff, he had refused me to take the coke home as it is not for takeaway orders and only for having there in the restaurant. I then told the staff that it is not mentioned in the board forwhich he replied me to see the CONDITIONS APPLY which was not seen without help of the spectacles. Your staff may think they are very clever in giving a reply to send a customer but it is not advisable and the offers should be transparent without any CONDITIONS APPLY signs. I was terribly upset and have a microsecond thought to cancel the order. I hope you will understand the feeling of a customer and will do the needful. (for me the complimentary coke doesnt matter but the behaviour of the staff with a cunning smile infront of other people have disturbed me much.
