I went into burger king around six on a friday night last week. I must admit they were a little busy and I figured I would have the same experience I had the last time I was there. Fortunately, a young lady, I believe her name was Kayla, took my order. Very polite and had a wonderful sense of humor. I told her how my food was cold the last time I was there. She asked if I minded waiting a few extra minutes and she would make sure all my foodwas fresh. She apologized for the service I recieved at my prior visit and made sure I had everything I needed. I can only hope my service is as good when I return for my next visit.
