I was at McDonalds the other night to get a smoothie and as I waited in line I saw one of the employees in back making food with no gloves on! I was absolutely appalled to see him handling the food with no barrier between his [possibly dirty] hands and the food. I would think that the managers would be able to make sure their workers kept things sanitized; especially when customers can see most of what goes on in back.
