Hikari Japanese Steakhouse bad customer service bad ownership ripoff rude

I went here with a friend of mine that had just got married (on Feb 14th Valentines Day) and we went here for dinner after the ceremony, we arrived at 7:30 for our 8:30 reservation for 30 people, we asked if we could be seated early the owner (so he says) stated 8:30 is 8:30, so we waited while people without reservations and people that were late for their reservations were seated, they had only 2 cooks preparing food for the 12 or so tables in the restaurant (each holds 10 people), which already puts them at 120 of their 185 person fire capacity, we were finally seated around 10:00, then waited for a cook to come to our table, started eating around 10:30, the food wasn't all that good for waiting as long as we did, and the owner sat and served us at a table that he said was broken and was why we couldn't be seated.
