I have a 5year old boy that is Autistic. He is very picky when it comes to eating. But one of his favorite things he likes is A Plain Hamburger Happy Meal. He like the bun with the taste of the burger but doesn't like the pattie its self. So I usaully take the pattie out. We usaully eat there twice a week but with the bad service. We have been not going there as often. There are 2 resturaunts that we deal with in my town and bolth of them have been bad. I dont think I have had a warm meal from either one of them in quit sometime because of our orders being messed up. And me having to go in and deal with it. But today is the final straw. Our order was messed up again. I was ticked off. So the girl friend (the mother of bolth my kids) said she would deal with it. So we went in, she went to the girl at the till and said use for got to stick my 2 Sausage and egg Mcmuffins in my bag, And in a very stupid and imature voice the older lady at the back says "you forgat your muffins?" She was mocking my girlfriend. I couldn't beleive it. She was very lucky that I was in a rush or I would have given her a peice of my mind. I have put in total 15 complaints into the little slip box and I havent had one response. When we went into the resturaunt after going through the drive threw and our orders being messed up and we went in I noticed that there was hardly anyone in the store and the employees spend there time fooling around. I have noticed this quit a few times when I have gone into the store. Mostly with the younger employees. For eg. (They poor the whole mop pail of water on the floor and chase each other around with the mop as dirty gross water is flying around as others are making peoples orders Iam no health inspector but know that maybe one should know about the un healthy act that are going on. Or just messing around in general flirting with each other. I have even seen girls grabing the guys privates and vise versa. I put in complaints about it and still seen it. And one of the worst the profanity in the play area around my kids from 2 of your employees. Me and 2 diffrent sets of parents put in complaints. But any ways. The one thing I am happy with is my kids Like Wendys burgers also and there is one next door. So i think i will be taking my business there. Its a shame because my youngest likes your nuggets to. And also there is an Article in our local paper called letters to the Editor I think I will be writing to. About our experience with the 2 returants that you have in my neighbourhood. If use decide to do anything about the problem at your stores write me back and i will try your food again.
