I went to McDonalds just for a cup of coffee. When I placed my order I was asked if I wanted cream & sugar. I said Yes I want cream, but also want Sweet n Low. I was told that they only have Splenda or Equal & I was not very happy about that since both of those YUK YUK. I really wanted neither but decided on the Equal. When I was given my cup of coffee I asked where my cream & sweetner was & the reply was that it was already in the coffee. I did not request for them to put it in my coffee & was not very happy about that either. The only thing I can figure & the reason that Splenda & Equal are used is because this is saving McDonald's money. There are more customers that use Sweet n Low than Splenda & Equal & if they don't have to pass it out then it saves them money & also less people stealing it. Very poor business for McDonalds & they have lost me as a customer because I do drink coffee with almost every meal.
