Photos of Stackers are FRAUD

In the same vein as the famous McDonald's Cherry Pie lawsuit Burger King is doing exactly the same here.

BK just brought out a new product: stackers. A single stacker ($1): One meat patty, a slice of cheese and two bacon strips. A $2 stacker is two patties and $3 is three patties. The advertising is unbelievably misleading.

The website picture (http://www.bk.com/en/us/menu-nutrition/category1/menu-item176/index.html) is also on 2 ft. X 6 ft.in-store window decals and a pole banner has all three stackers pictured.

I have gone to three BK's (Cypress (Lampson/Valley View) one in Torrance and one in Long Beach). Bought two single stackers at each.

There was *at least* a 1/8th of an inch of bread around the meat patty. As you can see all the pictures show the meat patty somewhat hanging over the sides of the bun. FRAUD!

I think it unbelievable that a major company thinks it can deceive the public like this. The one store manager smirked when I asked about the difference between the burger and the posters.

While there you'll see another 2x4ft. Poster for the fish sandwich (during Lent). The only thing on the poster is a giant picture of one fish sandwich, big bold numbers: “2 for $4” and in smaller type underneath: “*Limited time only”.

After you are lured in, park and walk in do you find out you *must* buy 2 to get that price. Buy one and it is $3.59. I forgot BK did this same crap on the 2 for $4 Chicken Sandwich a couple months ago.

Again when I asked the manager where does it read “Must buy 2” she said I was reading it incorrectly. There is only 6 words on the poster how can I not be reading it incorrectly?

At Vons, Pavilions, Ralphs, etc., they constantly run Buy 4 Cokes and get two free or Buy two get two free. But the ads always read: Must buy 4 in one transaction to get this price.
