I called to order Pizza for my kids at approximately 10:15; the girl answering the phone began to take my order and suddenly stopped. She then informed me that she could not take a pick-up order because the lobby was closed. I was also informed that they would not deliver to my neighborhood after dark. I asked to speak to the manager; I asked him for some options; he more or less said that there was nothng he could do. I then asked for the district manager’s number. He enplaned to me that he could not give me his number, but he would give him mine. I asked would I be hearing from him tomorrow; he said that he did not know his schedule. It has been three days and I have yet to her from the district manager or anyone from Dominos. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for several years, ordering 6 pizzas per month.
