We have had a terrible experience when we switched credit card processing services from our local service to Apex. The rep, Ken Napier, scammed us completely. He told us that our rates would be lower than they are, he made promises that were quickly broken and took advantage of our small business. After signing us up, this man, ken napier, simply disappeared. We have tried reaching him over and over with no success. What kind of company allows someone like that to represent them? We have been made aware of numerous companies in our area that have also been scammed by apex and this ken napier. To say that we are unhappy with this company is putting it lightly. Be aware of this company and this man!
