All i want is the manager to accept responsibility for poor customer service and train his employees to handle their positions appropriately. To tell a customer "we had a huge mixup" when if he only listened to the original complaint that they were trying to give my food to the car in front of me, it would have all been prevented. But instead i wasted 15 minutes just sitting there while he argued with the car in front of me over my food, and instead of getting fresh food, i got cold fries and a cold sandwich. I asked for fresh, and got told to move around. I didnt have time to go in, which is why i went through the drive thru to beginwith! Now all i want is my 7 dollars back and an apology recognizing the fact hes not the right guy for the job!
