This has to be the worst dining experience ever! We have been to the following HRC's and never a problem: Dallas, Chigaco, Cancun, New York, Tampa, Caymans, Fort Lauderdale (stayed at the resort and casino). But after this horrid treatment, we no longer will spend another dime! The staff was slow, enjoyed laughing at the few words in spanish we tried, and refused to have a manager talk to us, as he sat at the bar! We were mostly appalled as we left, the staff was cheering and applauding our departure!!! We were mortified and did not think anything more than this is a group of racist and very poorly trained staff! After writing an extensive email to the restaurant manager and HRC's corporate office, I received no response. When I emailed a second time, both recipients claimed to not every receiving my email, yet my Gmail account says otherwise!!! I am going to copy and send this again, we shall see if I get a response this time!!!
