Our first visit to Grand Lux Cafe in Scottsdale AZ was quite positive. Food was well presented and the right temperature. We received our bill and found that we were given the opportunity to submit to a suyrvey. However, the site for the survey didn't link us to that option. So We are filling out this instead. We were promised a $10 coupon if the survey was done in 3 days... Hope this gets to Grand Lux Cafe staff in time for our reward. We would like to return. Just email to respond
