Lindas Buffet Authentic Cajun Terrible and over salty food, owners ignore customer concerns

On August 9 I ate at a new restaurant called Lindas Mexican and Cajun Buffet. I was told by someone that the food was comparable to a local restaurant, Txxxxx's. This was my first and last visit to Lindas Mexican and Cajun Buffet.
The inside of the restaurant was nice. It has been renovated as it was formerly a restaurant by another owner. The first and main issue I had with the food was that is was all cold. How can you have a buffet with cold food?
There were taco shells under a "hot lamp" but the shells were not even very warm. I'd say a few degrees above room temperature. There's no way the light in the lamp could have been one made for a hot lamp.
On my first trip to the buffet I got an enchilada, refried beans, taco with ground meat, grilled chicken meat, a chicken taquito, what I thought was beef in gravy, a fried and battered chicken tender, and Spanish rice.in the container the ground meat was in there was what looked like a mixture of water and grease. Therefore, you had to drain your ground meat unless you wanted a watery grease soup.
The enchilada from the first plate was a bit overly salty. I asked the waitress for some salsa. The salsa was so salty it made your lips pucker. The ground meat barely had a ground meat taste. I attribute this from the meat sitting in water. The Spanish rice hardly had any flavor or taste to it. The chicken taquito was cold and hard. The chicken meat inside was so dry that when I tried to pull some meat out the taquito the meat crumbled or broke off. I thought I had gotten beef in gravy. Come to find out it was chicken in a brown gravy. The after taste and smell was akin to canned cat food.
I went for a second plate as I had saw someone from the kitchen bring some grilled chicken meat to the buffet. I figured maybe this meat would be hot. I got some chicken meat another enchilada, and some more refried beans.
The chicken meat was lukewarm. I was astonished how a fresh batch of food from the kitchen was lukewarm and not hot. The enchilada I got on my second trip to the buffet was more salty than the first one. The first one was only a bit more salty than food should be. The second one was just like the salsa, so salty it made your lips pucker.
The only half-decent food was the refried beans, the lettuce I put on my taco, the sour cream, and the pudding I got for dessert. I did not see any food that would resemble "cajun" food. The only thing I can think of was if they considered the chicken in brown gravy and chicken tenders as "cajun."
I did not complain to the waitress or the cashier. If it would have been just one item or so then I could see complaining to the staff, however, with this many items being at such a substandard level I felt it would be best to contact the owner (s).
With the business being a restaurant I figure it was either an LLC or Inc (for legal protection purposes). I searched the Louisiana Secretary of State Corporate Divisions website and found the listing. It appears that the company has two listings: one is an LLC and the other is a trademark registration. The name of the company is Linda's Mexican & Cajun Buffet, LLC. The registered trademark with the Louisiana Secretary of State is Linda's Buffet Authentic Cajun & Mexican Food.
On the LLC, the two individuals listed as both officers of the corporation and as registered agents are Jose C. Ramirez and Martin Cendejas. Both reside in Morgan City, LA. I mailed the same letter, but each addressed to the individual person, on Tuesday, August 10. I figured two days was sufficient time to reach them as they resided locally. I considered two weeks to be sufficient time for them to respond to my concerns. They had my name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Tomorrow, September 2 will be exactly three weeks since they should have received my correspondence.
To date I have not received any sort of communication in regards to the restaurant. It's quite obvious that the owner (s) could care less about the quality of their food or services.in additions, it's apparent that they have no concern whatsoever about their customers. I would not recommend anyone eat at this restaurant.
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
