I just called Burger King Corp headquarters here in Miami, no satisfaction from the disinterested clerk who answered.
I explained that on Sunday, June 19 and Friday, June 25, I purchased coffee at two different BKs here in North Miami, and both were bitter and burnt tasting. I had to pour them down the drain. She confirmed that they had switched suppliers without warning the customers, after I asked both questions.
So I'm out the money and she didn't even take my name and info so I could get compensatory coupons to pay me back for this coffee that was undrinkable.
