Hello, I made a critical error I would like to correct. I wrote an e-mail regarding the quality of food at Arby's 07915, Aurora Il. This was a mistake on my part while I had contracted the intestinal flu. Any and all claims made against the Manager or outlet was due to my mental and medical state as the last food we had eaten was from Arbys. I was very ill. I do not know what I can say, except I am very, very sorry. We love the Arby, most importantly the 5 for 5.95 reg 3 oz. Sale.in sum and most important, you have an excellent Manager at store 07915, we pass all the other fast food outlets because of his professionalism. The food is excellent, the outlet clean, service is fast, and the manager always pleasant and runs the franchise with superb ability. I am embarrassed I wrote the e-mail. I only hope I can get over this embarrassment and return to his outlet and show my face. Please place all blame on me. Sincerely, Paul C.
