We paid Grand banquet hall $2500 for one night for our client dinner party. This amount included us using the kitchen for the catering company to serve our clients. On the day of our party, the owner would not allow us to use the kitchen. They charged us an extra $300 just to use the kitchen.initially they told us the $2500 covered all workers and us using the kitchen for the catering company to serve our clients. They did a bait and switch last minute on us.
Additionally, they brought a camera guy to take pictures of our clients and with out us knowing, they were selling our client pictures to our clients for $15. This was there way of making more money out of our clients. This is extremely unethical and was not part of our agreement.
Last, they brought a valet service with out knowing and charged our clients $8 per car to valet because the park was bad. This was not part of our agreement either.
They have horrible customer service, they were rude, and didn't care about all of our complaints. This is an armenian owned banquet hall with unethical people.
BUYER BEWARE!!! They are a ripoff.
