I went to the drive thru and after i place my order it took me about 20minutes to get to the first window i did not know what was going on. Therefore when i get there i was asking the employee at the window why it took too long to get my order she said the customer had all change. Then the manager came instade of her appologize for the incident she was like " what you want me to do they customer had change and we had to count" i asked her name, its Ebony. This is not how managers talk to their customers also i felt like if that customer had no enough change they should just find other solution that letting other customers leaving because the cant wait that long. Also when i get to the second window i say fries no salt still my fries got salt.
