Luckily I check my bank account frequently. I found a $79 charge for Publications Max. I immediately called the company. That was week ago. I have left messages—no return call. You can never get to a representative—all circuits are always busy and they ask you to leave a message or call back later. There is no email address so you can't even contact them by email. I never ordered any magazines so know the charge is not correct.
Then a week later I see a charge from Seattle Coffee Direct—same amount $79. I KNOW I did not order coffee and certainly not from them. I had a bad experience from them before. THey kept sending coffee I did not order. They told me to return it and I would be reimbursed. I returned it&never got a credit for it but they did stop charging me: until now.
I do not know how they got these charges on again. I now have to change my debit card and my credit cards to avoid any more of this. How can these companies keep going? There are several complaints and yet they still keep ripping people off!
