My spouse started in the cafeteria at sam's club simply to find their is not enough assist. Just three personnel to work 7 days per week. She's to attend on clients, repair their food, clear and stock everything for morning change, cleanse icecream and pop device, brush and mop floor plus much more. Since she's so hectic by himself; she'sn't obtaining her breaks and having lunch at 20:00pm while she found work on 14:00pm. Think management needs to solve this issue. Administration claims they're going to employ more employees but-don't have anything??? Wife worked for sam's cafeteria in 2005 and nothing has changed. Performing more with less and making the worker become demanding and overworked. Did not visit administration since we all understand what magement might do-do not we. (nothing)
