After asking for my chicken in the drive thru speaker at a Church's Chicken restaurant, I stroke a post placed at the middle of the driveway. I had to replace the entire bumper and light of my car.
The issue is the layout of the drive-thru. There was no sidewalks to indicate the way to the drivers and there was a small dirty yellow post in the middle of the way, which was supposedly to indicate the way.
I submitted a report to Church's chicken corporate which is BP Newman Investment. The report was transferred after 2 month to their insurance company (Zurich) which after other 2 months assumed no responsibility for the incident.
A interesting thing is that a sidewalk was built and the post was removed in that 4 month time frame I am talking about. My question to them was: "If there wasn't any problem with the drive-thru, why was it changed?". That was my additional claim and they did not assume any responsibility. I took some pictures on how the drive-thru was before they changed it.
