I used Restaurant eFund for 8 years and they did good until they moved to colorado from plainview tx and we had a problem with getting paid on checks that my bank sent to them and I didnt get any reimbursement for over a year. I had a customer call me on a check that she wrote to my restaurant and had problems with her checking account and had to close that account and start another. Restaurant efund wrote her a letter to say that her check was returned to them and send the money to them. She sent the value of the check and $25.00 to cover the fee that restaurant efund charges for a returned check. Restaurant efund would send you the value of the check plus 10% for a free service to restaurants. I went to my bank and had them run a report of checks that they sent to restaurant efund for the last year and it totaled over $2000.00. I called and talked to the owner and he told me that he would check into it and take care of it. His son chris told me to fax the forms to him and he would take care of it. He lost the fax and needed me to fax the form again and never heard from them again. Called back several times to the owner and had no luck, even had a lawyer send a letter to send money owed and had no responce. I had trust in this company and they let me down. I had a good friend from KFC recommend them to me and i would recommend them to anyone that i know today. That is money that they recovered and not return to me
