When calling Kraft in the past, I'm always given this or that explanation along with "my call will be passed on".
I DO BELIEVE KRAFT DOESN'T CARE AND REALLY DOESN'T LISTENS TO THEIR CONSUMERS. Hey, we're eating your products. I'm sure your sales were fine on the Hot Dogs... Beef & Cheese; which are terrible now. But I guess you needed to cheapen them and charge us more. I'm returning all my hotdogs... Now you eat that cost
