One main criticism along with a statement for my lost-time is so as. We requested dinner at 8:15 pm Sunday evening. There have been two people plus one kid (3 yr-old) in my own party. Kid's dinner sent in 10 minutes. No carpet. Needed to request carpet. Next we unearthed that we required a hay for kidis drink, and ketchup. It got at least 3 additional machines (apart from our server) before we ultimately had the kid eating. Listed here is the actual problem both person foods never came. We visited protest and were educated by Supervisor (also cook (?) at 8:55 PM our foods received to other clients.informed that dinner could be placed on today and we're able to delay another 20 units (requested New Orleans Fish and Burgers). We informed supervisor/cook we couldnt wait. Supervisor agreed to compensation dinner, provided us cheesecake, provided us something special certificate, actually provided a range. We decided to take something special card - we'd waited one hour for the supper and were still starving. Supervisor left to get criticism phone number and gift certificate. We delay several more minutes -about five minutes - and our server turns up with this statement to pay for. We go out. Ruby Tuesday Inc. Has dropped my company.
