More tropigrill h*ll. I dont understand how this chain stays in business considering the monsters that work there and the clowns and jerks... Where do they find these people— h*ll? I dread going to tropigrill and have cmopltely stopped going there out of fear of numerous things and such bad experiences there including harassment, lies etc... So recently or once ni a blue moon
I will have a craving for their chicken and attempt to get something to eat there without some extreme form of harassment or them doing something awful to me... But of course... That never happens... The people that work here are illiterate jailbirds... And i dont understand how people like this work anywhere...
They are liars, thieves, freaks have no social skills and just want to rip people off, piss them off and that's it... I go to the place 15 mins before closing— of course pretty sure they probably don't have chicken and will have to make some fresh ones... I pull up to the drive thru and the guy tells me to pull up...
He tells me they dont have chicken breasts and it will take 10 mins to make them.in this rsetaurant terms that means— you 'will' get screwed over one way or another... Nonetheless I gave the nasty clown the benefit of the doubt— should have known the maniac was going to screw me over because everytime I responded to him or talked to him he stayed silent and didn't say a word trying to make me look like a fool just sitting there...
Ok he was a nutcase like the rest of these crazy freaks you find in society today— but how are you supposed to know that... I told him I would come back after 10 mins... 7 mins passed and i drove back again... Thinking... Ok 2nd round I have a chance of getting it... I pull up and the psycho clown manager— old guy just messing around says..."oh it'll be another 6 minutes"...
So I said I would be back and pull back around... Still waiting. I knew I was setting myself up for disaster the 3rd time I came around... Thinking... Ok what are these psychopaths going to do this time... Either say the chicken was burnt, completely forget about it, be lying to me the whole time, or say they threw it out— of course it was answer choice D...
When I pulled back around... The psychopathic lunatic... Huge understatement... Comes up to the window literally acting like... He has no clue who I am! He's like "yes... What do u want"? Im thinking. Ok freak psycho I just pulled up twice and I came for the chicken? He then said "oh we threw it out... U say U NOT gonna come back".. I said no i never said that... He said "oh yeah u say Forget it"...
Of course this lying moron was just lying to mess around with me... Ie tryign to make me wait 15 minutes wasting my time. For no reason... No it was not a misunderstanding... He did it intentionally the entire time around. And most likely didn't even have the chicken cooking at all... I could tell by the way he was talking to me... Nonchalantly like he was playing games with me... I asked him if he had any other chicken... He said... Oh yes but it's dry...
I said that was fine I'd take the dry chicken... He then lied again and said "we threw it out— all gone"... Im like... If u threw it out— why did u just say u had it? He then claims that... They had pork and he could give me pork... Then he said "u want something else"?? Im thinking no i came for the chicken... This is crazy... He then kept lying about the other chicken and I asked him if he was the manager and he said yes...
He said "NEXT TIME... Nexttttt time... U come around... U get FREE CHICKEN" im thnking... You stuipd sick psycho moron there isn't going to BE a next time... And I wanted it then and waited 15 mins or more for it... What kind of scum slimy rsetaurant is this??? The people that work here are literally 'crazy'... They are the sickest people and just flat out liars and want to screw people over and that's about it...
What has this sick horrendous society come to— u can't get chicken at places... Beacuse the menial hispanic puerto rican psycho employees or people anywhere are so low they get off on lying to customers and messing around with them? All this for a simple 'chicken breast'... That they didnt even give the persno and just lied to for sadistic sick crazy fun?
Even worse— they want to mess around with 'pretty women' for some reason... There seem to be lots of sadistic and sick freaks out there... Who just get off on picking on people... Ie women or who knows why for what reason etc... This situation was just abhorrent unnecessary and uncalled for... How can any rsetaurant put up with this kind of horrid service— literally lying to people not giving them food on purpose making them wait etc... Messing with them...
What on earth can you even do about service like this... And call customer service— adn they could care less... The same sociopaths are still working at tropigrill with numerous promotions so they can continue to make people's experiences at that place total h*ll... This is not fair or right at all...
