MixStirs/Mixsmoothie, LLC is a scam!!!
Mike Greenberg used to work for Amazon Systems, trade-name Amazon Cafe until it went bankrupt. He got the health club Amazons and renamed them Mixstirs. His main purpose is to collect franchise fees and royalties. This is how it was with Amazon and this is how it will be with MixStirs. He will help you open but you won't get much help after that. MixStirs is just Amazon in disguise. When Amazon went bankrupt some Amazons were released from franchise contract and some were not. Some had to pay royalties to Mike and some did not. Do your homework. There are Amazons serving the same food and drink who don't have to pay royalty. MixStirs is not original. Do you want to pay royalty for an idea that other Amazons are doing for free? The Amazon website is still there and you can compare the menu and the locations and see which ones are now MixStirs. They haven't taken down the website yet even though Amazon is kaput.
There are many Amazons in Pennsylvania still operating but they pay no royalties for the same drinks and food. MixStirs food and drinks are Amazon menu with different names. You have been warned. Lots of Amazon owners lost a lot of money and the rest are hanging on but they have a lot of debt. Look them up and call them and see what they say about Mike. This was a good scam. Amazon Systems including Mike collected franchise fees and royalty and never help the franchisees. They kept the money and declare bankruptcy. When the franchise fail, all the owners lost but Mike and his partners in crime got off scot-free. People bought area development contracts and got nothing. Only Mike wins here. Nobody else.
Proof:
1. Check Amazon Website www.amazoncafes.com. Check those MixStir Addresses with the Amazon locations. If you have time, check the Amazon menu with the MixStir menu. It is all the same stuff with different names.
2. Read the MixStirs UFOC carefully and you will see his involvement with Amazon.

"Mr. Greenberg served as Master Developer of Amazon Systems LLC for the states of New York and Massachusetts, from April until May. As a Master Developer his role was to develop New York and Massachusetts for Amazon Systems LLC. He was responsible for helping franchisees find and evaluate locations, assist through the construction process, train owners, managers, and staff both pre-opening and during the opening, and provide on-going support once each location was opened., He owned multiple Amazon Caf franchises from March through April.
We have no predecessors and no affiliates which offer franchises in any line of business or which provide products or services to our Franchisees. We have been offering franchises of the type being offered in this offering circular since and we have never engaged in any other line of business. On May 22, MixSmoothie LLC purchased the franchise agreements of 17 franchisees from Amazon Systems LLC. We expect said franchisees to convert to MixStirs
franchises in the near future."
Mike is very very slick and covers his tracks well. He will divide and conquer so the franchisees don't talk to each other and don't know what is going on. When you start to dig, it will get shaky. You will see. Be warned. If you are in this franchise, you will enrich Mike. He takes the money and runs and don't expect any advertising. Amazon took the money and did none. All of us Amazon people were duped and it turns out that the Amazon Systems owner had another franchise before. He collected fees and royalties and it went bankrupt.
Mike is very good at appearing legitimate but he only wants his money. He does not care about you or any franchisees. He only sees $. He will continue to get away with his scam and there will be more sorry people.in the courts, the franchisor always wins - the poor franchisees always lose. They open up under a different name in a different state and those people don't know the story. Sad but True.
