A DISAPPOINTMENT to say the least ESPECIALLY after hearing so much hype about the establishment... Perhaps from the wrong people.
The worse part of it all was the fact that after I received my credit card statement and carefully combing through it, I noticed that I had duplicate billings from my ONE TIME VISIT to Vic and Angelo's. It didn't appear to be an error either as they were spaced apart 17 days to be exact.
To make matters worse, after contacting them (no apology from them by the way), they said they would get back to me and I've yet to hear from them. I contacted them today and they gave me their number to an accounting office/manager BUT no answer and no answering device hence the frustration that lead me to this posting so that others may be alert of possibly the same problem.
I can't say that I am really surprised though especially from what I have witnessed in South Florida.
