I signed up with Seattle Coffee Direct to take advantage of promotion of any 5 for $5. Was charge $25.00 for 4 coffee cups and two 12 ounce packs of coffee. Five days later, was charged $48.95 for 1st shipment after promo, which was not supposed to be shipped until one month after promo. Returned shipment unopened to Seattle Coffee, made phone call to same to cancel subscription and was advised refund would be made. Who in their right mind is going to pay $48.95 for 24 ounces of coffee? Asecond phone call was made and was advised refund was issued on 6/19 and would take 3 to 5 days to show upon my account. Today is June 30, and still no refund. Will make another phone call today to Seattle Coffee to inform them they willbe charged with fraudulent transaction by my bank. Am also notifying the Attorneys General office of Illinois and Ohio about this comppany, and also the Better Business Buraus of respective states.
