I ordered a hamburger, a foot long, a blended coke float and a coke, they had everything right except they brought me a coke float, a med coke and a large coke. I told her I only ordered 2 drinks and the float should have been a blended coke float, she said well thats what they made, and I said well thats not what I ordered. She said well what do you want me to do about it, I said have them make me a blended coke float like I ordered. She rolled her eyes and stomped off. She returned with the blended coke float and said ok your set. I looked at my receipt and they had charged me for 3 drinks so I asked about a refund on the drink I didn't order or get. She said you mean you want a refund & I said yes, she said well I can get you the drink & I said I don't want the drink just my money back. I paid with my credit card and just wanted my credit. A few minutes a guy came out with a ticket in his hand towards my car, but first had to stop and talk to some girl for 8 minutes while I waited (not very happy I might add) When he made it to my car he said sorry lady but I'm the only mgr. On duty and I'm new and they haven't showed me how to give credit on a credit card and I can't give cash refunds. I told him if there was nobody on the property that could take care of this then they don't need to be open much less take credit cards. I know it's only $1.79 but it's the attitude and rudeness, If they cheated every customer like that then they are making alot of money dishonestly and I work hard for my money and don't want to be cheated out of it. I usually eat there about 4 times a week, but I will never eat there again, and I will tell all my friends that they are a rip off!
