I typically like this establishment, however after dining there this past weekend on May 25, I will never go back. I left my expensive cell phone on the table at the booth we were seated. I had young children with me and was distracted as we left, forgetting the phone on the table. I discovered the cell phone was not with me on my drive home, however rather than turn around and drive a 1/2 an hour and back with sleeping children I called the resturant when I arrived home to inform them.
I spoke to Mellisa at 8:30P.M. An employee working at the time. I was placed on hold while she checked. I was told it was found at the table. She told me that they had the phone, discribed it, and we talked about the fact I would come in the next day to pick it up. She said to just come it and let them know my phone was there.
The next day I went to recover the phone and it was gone. All of the employees were pointing fingers at each other and acknowledged that a phone was there but they did not know what happened to it. A busser named Jose apparently had the phone, however I am sure has sold it by now. The management at this resturant was horrible and handled the situation poorly and unprofessionally.
