Maggie McFly doesn't have idea of "customer support" at-all!

I'm writing to inform you how poorly we experienced we were handled. We (I and my spouse) visited Maggie McFly cafe, situated in Middlebury, CT on the Sunday evening, April 7th. Once we were located and put an order of Filet Minon (Meat) and Sauces, we realized that we didn’t obtain the bakery that usually arrives with beverages that people requested (Glowing water and standard water). After waiting about 20 units, I'd to contact additional server, who'd our waitress to create the container of bakery since our waitress wasn’t available. After she introduced the bakery having a short phrase of “That was my fault”, it got another half an hourapproximately prior to the meat arrived by another server.

That Is where we got furious since our sauces didn’t actually emerge whatsoever. Without pressing the meat, we named our server and stated, “our soup didn’t emerge and since we waited such a long time and also the food wasn’t offered the way in which it's designed to, our feeling went, consequently we're departing, that our server replied, “I am sorry, the soup is my error too. Is there anything I will do? And we responded “No, we would like to abandon. Your evening hasbeen ruined.” Then she got the bowl of meat and vanished without stating where she's heading (she didn’t state she's likely to provide supervisor. She simply got the dish and went away).

When she disappears, we got up and just strolled out the cafe. When I going to abandon the parking lot, I noticed two supervisors being released, apparently searching for us. Since I believed they got out to apologize, I honked at them to inform where we're since it was dim and incredibly hectic with vehicles arriving and heading out. When I folded the screen, nevertheless, they (two male supervisors) were increasing their speech, stating we're running-away to not purchase the meals. They stated they'd have handled the soup on house-but we ought to have taken care of the meat which were presented currently and also the container of causing water.

It's good sense that people don’t visit cafe on the Sunday evening to-order food and try to escape. Nobody could do this. (If somebody does, they might have consumed first. We did not actually contact any appliance since we were so annoyed). I understand these were stating this simply because they were angry at people not getting the meals. When they arrived to express an apology, we'd have experienced greater and atleast return to this cafe the next time.
