Although California Pizza Home has good support all of the period, my current encounter there is not good enough to make sure I wont eat. Our visit to the cafe was on Labor Day 2006. We came a complete hour before final time (9:00 PM) and received a thirty-minute delay period. Forty five minutes we were placed.
With no kind of a or something, our host put down four selections and directed us that she was returning in two minutes and we'd to pick our beverages and meal or we'dnot have the ability to get our purchases in. I'd have wandered out then easily hadnot already waited for forty five minutes.
The disrespect extended through the whole dinner. While anything we requested required two times as extended to obtain out to us we were being requested to rush. There weare 3 or 4 products we requested our host informed people were sub par, but they weare going to shut. For instance, our host brought some nice tea out and stated, "Sorry concerning the tea, but we are going to shut."
We were rushed through the whole dinner, handled badly, and obtained food which was poor. I actually donot believe, "we are going to shut, " is a great justification not as a cafe, for almost any company, to deal with their clients like trash. Usually, I'd create an event such as this off with "waitress was having a poor evening, " or "I am being insane, " but in my experience it appeared the team at California Pizza Home was providing poor support and were totally ok with it. That is inexcusable, particularly when you are selling expensive pizza and area of the advanced cost is meant to not become on by support that is great.
If you should be around Atlantic Section, visit Rocky Mountain Pizza on Hemphill Ave, or purchase a pizza two times as big as you'd reach CPK for that same cost at Papa Johns and hire a film. If you should be caught in Atlantic Station Mexicana (sp?) can be near CPK and it isnot that a lot more costly. Before I returned to CPK, I'd look for these options.
