I got an advertisement from Quiznos, advising me to go in now to get my free game piece. Or some such type of promotional game.
I thought sure OK. It inclined me to there, and spend money.
Once I got there, they said they had no idea what I was talking about, no one had informed them of any game going on.
So I've already spend my money, and I'm thinking OK I'll contact corporate headquarters and maybe they will make me feel better by giving me a coupon or something or at least an apology.
No such luck! Basically after several email exchanges with Rebecca Chamberlain of "Guest Relations", her final response was "I am not able to do anything about that".
What a sh*y attitude from a national chain.
