Fire Mountain
Dumped trash and made the waitress pick it up with their hands ripoff

I am writing to complain about Fire Mountain in Columbus, MS. I work for this company and I'm here to tell you that some of the managers here can not do their job. First of all the managers tell you to come to them if you have problem come to them.

Well, how can you go to the managers when they are the ones causeing the problem?

Here are how things are going here in this place:
1.) One of the managers will empty the trash on the dishroom floor and make the waitresses pick it up with their hands.
2.) The tell you to do something then when you get hurt doing it they ask you why you were doing it and blame you for it.
3.) If you complain about anything and they find out about it they will make your job harder, cut your hours or even fire you.
4.) When you do go to them with a problem they just tell you to fix it yourself.

I wish they would fire the 3 managers causing the problems and hire new ones that know what they are doing cause if not then this business is going to go down hill.
