Hershey's Chocolate
Melted Product mistreated and ripped off Internet

I ordered a chocolate Easter Bunny from Hershey's online. It arrived melted. Emailed them and got a response that I should have known better and should have requested shipment by air not ground. Called them and complained and they were sympathetic and offered to ship another one by air for a $5.00 adder but it wouldn't arrive by Easter. Called Master Card and they said there was nothing they could do because the charge was less than $50.00.
