Antipasto's takes your delivery order over the phone, and when the pizza gets there, toppings are ommitted, and full price had been paid. I have let this go many times in the past from other pizzerias, but have called and complained politely. Most times, I was given credit, sometimes apoligized to. Either was satisfactory for me. This place was very rude when I called about the order, and was asked, "What do you want me to do about it?". I called the next day to speak to the owner, was asked what it was about, and was told, "No, not in'. I was told this 3 more times, and gave up.
I know a pizza is not a big item, but I feel that other people should be aware of the service they will get from this establishment should they choose to order from them. I think a company should at least apoligize for a misunderstanding, and try to be polite.
