70 to 80 hour workweeks for general manager then fired after reporting chest pain and illness

I started at Hardees in October after working for them 3 years previously. After working 70 to 80 hours a week with no days off many weeks and trying to manage a 24 hour store; they fired me after I had a bad night and was ill; I had reported to my District Manager a week before that I was extremely overworked and very tired; also ill with chest pains and panic attacks due to exhaustion. THIS IS HOW THEY CARE!

I need to know what the Labor Law is or where to find it concerning salaried employees?

Also can I file a Worker's Comp claim for an illness I had not experienced before working here?

Any help would be appreciated.

Any general managers in the restuarant business looking at thisweb site for problem employers... Stay away from hardees
