Go to Dunkin donuts to order a combo (combo includes sandwich, hash brown and coffee). Cashier gives me the coffee, which I gave to a homeless man because he was asking for $ to buy coffee so I told him I'd get him coffee, then the 2nd girl gives me a bag with the sandwich. I look in the bag and noticed the hash brown is not in the bag, I ask for them and the 2nd girl tells me if I told the cashier girl. So I tell her no because I bought a combo which clearly states on the menu includes hash browns. So she speaks to the cashier in their language and the cashier says "I asked her if there was something else and she said no". So I said to her "if I order a combo I shouldn't have to say I want hash browns... Look at your menu because I think it's stupid that I have to say it". So she says to the 2nd girl give them to her. And I said "give them to me, I paid for them". A few minutes prior they were giving a woman a hard time about the donuts she was buying, another time they were arguing with a police office about his order. And it's not only this Dunkin Donuts, it's most of them. I'm sorry I have nothing against anyone, but when they train and hire people it should be people who speak and understand English and know Customer Service.
