I have been a long standing customer, sometimes visiting several times a month over 15 years. While I have experienced price increases over the years they are becoming more frequent and now they are cutting back portion sizes too. Your 11oz NY strip for $14 has climbed most recently to $20 and cut back to 10oz. For that you get the same mediocre service and steak NOT prepared to order. Just not worth is anymore.
