Groupon Spain
No response when requesting refund - Restaurant meals offers

I have tried to contact Groupon Spain by mail as well as e-mail, without success, despite translating the request into spanish. I do not speak spanish & nobody in their office speaks english. I am at a loss as to how to proceed. Help!
