This is by far the worst service Ive ever experienced. Why do I return? I keep thinking that it will change. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter a week before her birthday On pick-up day no one knew anything about it. I presented my receipt and the order invoice They made me wait for twenty minutes only to inform me that it wasn't there. I was offered a cake from their freezer but they didnt have the kind she had requested (mint chocolate chip). The manager, I think his name is " Miko" promised it's arrival the next day and said they would call. No call. Happy Birthday, right?!
Today we waited for ice cream cones for twenty minutes while we watched a full staff do everything but acknowledge waiting customers. This store needs new management. English as a first language would be a plus too.
